Welcome to CudahyNOW.com This Web site combines the efforts of Community Newspapers and the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel newsrooms to bring you the latest news and information about Cudahy. But mostly, we want this Web site to be about you - the people who live in the community. We want it to become a gathering place online for you and your neighbors. Right now, this is a "Beta" Web site, which means we're still developing it, seeing what works and what doesn't, getting out into the community to find out what you'd like it to be. Even in "Beta," though, we still have plenty to offer you. Here's what: NEWS "CommunityWatch" is an extension of JSOnline's NewsWatch. In it, we'll bring you a quick take on the latest news and information just about Cudahy - from what's happening in government and the schools, to new businesses and developments coming to town, to the daily buzz of such things as traffic, crime, and big news about your neighbors. We want "CommunityWatch" to be really current, so if you know of some news in Cudahy, please let us know. In addition, we'll provide an archive of news, sports and feature stories about Cudahy that have appeared in the Community Newspapers and the Journal Sentinel. And we'll post weekly police blotters and home sale prices. THE BASICS Check out the Community Guide for the staples of information about Cudahy. Frankly, there's so much information out there about Cudahy that we surely don't have it all. So, again, let us know if you have any ideas. As long as they don't cross the line - and you'll probably know if they do - we'll post them. COMMUNITY VOICES If you want to do a bit more than post your news on CudahyNOW.com, then you might want to start your own "Community Voices" blog. CALENDARS Pancake breakfasts, fund-raisers, art exhibits, charity walks and runs, candidate forums - this is the place to find out what events are happening in Cudahy.
