The City of Cudahy Tree Board will be celebrating its annual Earth Day/ Arbor Day Celebration on Saturday, April 24, 2010.
A city wide cleanup will take place in the morning with a tree planting celebration at Noon. The event will take place at Cudahy City Hall.
A Wisconsin Department of Resources representative will present the City of Cudahy with its 22nd annual "Tree City USA" award. The event will be held rain or shine.
Tree seedlings, hot dogs, chili, soda will be available for volunteers. Volunteers are needed and contributors are encouraged to call 414-627-8117.
The event is held in coordination with Keep Greater Milwaukee Beautiful and The Great American Cleanup.
