Scrap metal was stolen from Advance Screw Products, 3767 S. Kinnickinnic Ave., sometime between 3:30 p.m. June 15 and 5:15 a.m. June 18.

A 27-year-old St. Francis man was arrested for retail theft after trying to steal a bottle of liquor from Pick 'n Save, 4698 S. Whitnall Ave., about 8 p.m. June 16.


A vehicle's window was reported smashed in the 2700 block of East Denton Avenue about 1:10 p.m. June 22.


A 46-year-old Cudahy man was arrested for operating a vehicle after revocation, having no insurance and carrying a concealed weapon after police found a 3.5-inch knife in his possession following a stop for speeding near Iona and Norwich avenues about 5:25 p.m. June 23.



A laptop and charger were reported stolen from a building in the 1300 block of Madison Avenue about 4 p.m. June 15.


A man was arrested for battery after assaulting another man at Boosters, 1115 Milwaukee Ave., about 12:50 a.m. June 17.


A 38-year-old South Milwaukee man was arrested for drunken driving, his second offense, near Seventh and Minnesota avenues about 2:30 a.m. June 15.


A vehicle's tires were reported slashed in the 900 block of Madison Avenue about 12:15 a.m. June 20.

Eggs were reported thrown at a vehicle in the 1100 block of 17th Avenue about 9:30 a.m. June 16.


Police were called to a residence in the 2400 block of 14th Avenue about 10:50 p.m. June 21 for a report of a woman singing and dancing in front of the home for more than 20 minutes. Police then escorted a 38-year-old South Milwaukee woman back inside her home.
