A 15-year-old Cudahy boy suffered a facial fracture and three loose teeth after he was punched in the face over a racially offensive comment Oct. 1.
According to the Cudahy police report:
The 15-year-old boy began the argument by directing a racially offensive comment to a 17-year-old Cudahy boy at Cudahy High School, 4950 S. Lake Drive, at 11:25 a.m. Oct. 1.
That comment prompted a confrontation and pushing between the two. The fight ended when the older boy punched the 15-year-old boy in the face, causing him to stumble back, trip over a chair and fall to the ground.
No one has been cited for the incident, but the case is being reviewed by the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.
