Cudahy police made employees close Wayne's On Packard tavern, 4854 S. Packard Ave., early for the night after three patrons were smoking inside at 11:15 p.m. Oct. 23.
According to a Cudahy police report:
Police were called to the scene after an anonymous caller claimed some patrons were smoking in the bar and doing lines of cocaine in the bathroom.
A 60-year-old Cudahy woman, a 65-year-old Cudahy man and a 57-year-old Milwaukee man were cited for smoking in the bar. A 21-year-old Milwaukee woman, the bartender, was cited for letting them smoke.
Police also found trace amounts of cocaine on the top of toilet tanks in the men's and women's bathrooms. No one was arrested for possessing cocaine.
Police also found a prescription pain pill under a barstool.
A 46-year-old Cudahy man was arrested for possessing illegal drug paraphernalia.
The owner of the tavern, a 73-year-old Milwaukee man who was not present, was cited because patrons were smoking in his bar.
