Discovery World Traveling Science Labs
These one-day, hands-on science workshops, allow kids the opportunity to explore and experience the many facets of science.
American Tribal Style Belly Dance
American Tribal Style belly dance (ATS), is based on group improvisational and synchronized movements that are a fusion of Traditional and Folkloric dances from the Middle East, Africa, Western Europe and Asia. This style of belly dance embodies the strength, beauty, and femininity of the dancers. This is a beginner class that teaches basic movements and posture, as well as works all muscles of the body, but focuses on the back, arms, abs and obliques. Recommend a hip scarf. Wear comfortable clothing.
Required: Zills (finger Cymbals, that can be purchased at first class, $15).

Yoga
ADULTS & Ages 14+
Create flexibility, strength, and balance through flowing movements and stabilizing postures. The combination of breath (pranayama) and postures (asanas) will invigorate your body and relieve stress in your mind. The benefits of Yoga increase over time with practice, and allow a greater inner peace. All levels of experience and couples are welcome. Please bring your own mat and dress comfortably.

This program sculpts your entire body with a blend of isometric and muscle stabilization exercises. Pilates focuses on the “powerhouse” or “core of the body”. Bring your own mat. Wear comfortable clothing. Beginners & couples are always welcome.
