Cudahy High School's Key Club Serve Their School and Our Community
Cudahy High School's 52 Key Club members have been busy this year serving their school and community.
During the month of December, students in this club helped set up Cudahy’s outdoor Nativity and then helped with the removal in January. During the holidays, students baked and donated over 32 dozen cookies to the Bayview Community Center for delivery to homebound seniors. On December 15, twelve Key Club members sorted and packaged food items and clothes for the Salvation Army Toy Shop and Food Drive. Students have also donated their time to swim meets and basketball tournaments at Cudahy High School.
During the weekend of March 5 through the 7, thirty Key Club members will attend the state convention in Green Bay. They will attend classes and seminars with over 1,000 other Key Club members from Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. This is an opportunity for members to exchange ideas and learn leadership skills that will allow them to better serve their community.
As the weather warms, the Key Club looks forward to participating in the March of Dimes “March for Babies” on April 24.
Key Club elections recently concluded. Congratulations to the following 2010-2011 school year officers: President - Erin Maurer, Vice President - Brittni Vermiglio, Secrteary - Brianna Mollberg, Treasurer - Roxanne Theide, and Bulletin Editor - Sabrina Schwartz.

This festival is for students in grades 4 through 6 in the Cudahy orchestra and band programs. The students have been working extremely hard with their music teachers to prepare for this event.
