Delivering Smiles this Holiday Season

community

It's holiday generosity in its finest form.  The building staff for the Cudahy school distict, the Cudahy Education Association, the Kiwanis organization, and First Reality pooled their resources this holiday season in exchange for big smiles.  Door to door, volunteers delivered food, clothing, toys, and household items to 32 families in need (81 children) within our community.

Accelerated Reader Goals - An Amazing Start

Lincoln

Mr. Casper's sixth grade class at Lincoln Elementary has a goal to read 4,000,000 words this school year. To reach the class goal, the students must read and pass Accelerated Reader books and tests. Accelerated Reader refers to software that determines if and how well the child reads a book, as well as the word count.

As of 12/19/07, the word total for Mr. Casper's class is 3,837,836!
