Oobleck Labs

General Mitchell

The students at General Mitchel school recently studied the seven steps to the scientific method: Problem, Research, Hypothesis, Experiment, Data, Observation, and Conclusion. In doing so, the students researched and experimented to determine: What is Oobleck?.

Throughout the experiment, students used all 5 of their senses (aside from taste). They noted scientific properties and these properties were shared as a group. When all the properties were listed, the students held a scientific convention to determine which properties would become scientific laws. A scientific law is a property that all scientists agree upon.
