Dinosaurs at Kosciuszko

The second grade classes at Kosciuszko school are just finishing a unit on fossils.

As a part of this unit, the students are working on dinosaur dioramas (an idea shared from Jenny Drana at J.E. Jones). For this project, the students use a shoe box, at least two card stock dinosaurs or figurines, and 3-D elements such as clay-like or cut-out features.

Students are graded on oral presentation of the project, the dinosaurs, the background, the 3-D element, and being on time. This project is being done by Mrs. Dollhopf's and Ms. Fox's classes
