2010 Cudahy High School Renaissance Award Winners
On Thursday, May 27 at 9 a.m., Cudahy High School held its annual Renaissance Assembly in the high school auditorium. At the assembly, more than 300 Cudahy High School students were honored for their work in the classroom throughout the 2009-2010 school year. To receive an invitation to the assembly, students must have either earned a 3.0 grade point average (GPA) or achieved perfect attendance for each of the first three quarters of the school year. Winners of the Renaissance student of the month awards during this school year also received an invitation to the assembly.
The mission of Cudahy High School’s Renaissance Program is to recognize the efforts of students in the classroom. In addition to the year-end assembly, Renaissance rewards students every quarter if the students earn a GPA of 3.0 or higher, if they achieve perfect attendance, or if they improve their GPA by .5 or more from the previous quarter. Together, we celebrate with and recognize the accomplishments of our students.
