Property tax bills will be mailed December 11, 2015. You may access an electronic version on December 12 by copy and pasting the link:
First I would like to take a moment and point out by reviewing what the Public Hearing and the agenda item was and pointing out what it wasn’t. It wasn’t about Hmong people not being welcome in Cudahy or a church or even specifically The Grace Hmong Alliance Church. It was about the rezoning of the former South Shore YMCA from I-1Institutional to B-2 Community Business District.
Please come down and give your thoughts on the Cudahy 2015 budget. This is your final chance to have a say in the 2015 budget. Please let your voice be heard!
MakeItMolly On Taxes
I love the way my friend and fellow alderman from another city thinks! His “It’s another way for the council to be the eyes and ears for the taxpayer” is so dead on!

We have a ways to go!!!
Here it is! Right here in the United States Code, Title 42, Chapter 157, subchapter VI, paragraph 18115:
While being an elected person, an alderman in this case, you have to constantly remind yourself “Who do you work for” - The taxpayers, the residents, and NOT the City. I don’t work for the Mayor, the DPW or any of the City workers.
2 Obamacare Taxes to Watch Out for Right Now
On Monday the Board of Public Works after considerable amount of time, information and hearing from the City Accountant that our Capitol Borrowing would be difficult to pay for new garbage trucks and the expense of the City of Cudahy continuing picking up the trash, plus the fact that if privatize the trash collection with Advance (who is doing the pickup of recycling for us) it would save the taxpayers $220,000 each year, there was very little way the Board could go.
Tonight (11-19-13) the Cudahy Common Council Approved the 2014 Tax Levy @ 1.063%
If Wisconsin’s Pension System is "fully funded", how come our unfunded pension liability is 1.9% of our GDP?
Social Security benefit increases expected to be about 1.5 percent
Milwaukee County is projected to have a structural deficit of $44 million by 2016. This means that there is not enough money available to keep services and taxes exactly the way they are today.
Structural and cyclical deficits are two components of deficit spending. These terms are especially applied to public sector spending which contributes to the budget balance of the overall economy of a country. Deficit spending, or simply deficit, is defined as over-spending: the amount by which spending exceeds revenue over a particular period of time. The total budget deficit, or headline deficit, is equal to the sum of the structural deficit and the cyclical deficit (or surplus/es).
At the April 18, 2013 meeting the Water Commission voted to authorize an application to WIPSC for a 3% water rate increase.
So while canvasing at door-to-door meetings, I came across a house with a Zachary Wisniewski sign @ 3627 East Munkwitz Ave. Now I don’t shy away from the houses with the signs at all. I don’t find them intimidating, but do find them a welcomed challenge.
Dear Cudahy Citizens of District 3,
When considering who you are going to vote for keep these things in mind:
Dear people who are advocates (that is a soft fancy politically correct word for lobbyist) of budget cuts to education. Where were the outrages and the recalls here?
Here is a speech I did in 2009 as a guest speaker for then Milwaukee County Executive Scott Walker. My speech represents my core beliefs.
If there was, we would have heard something about them.
Ohioans Are No Fools: Obama Did NOT Save Your Automotive Jobs
This explains why Obama just doesn’t get taxes, the debt, the deficit, or budgets.
President Obama has been a failure! Face it that is the truth and no matter how much spin or wishful thinking isn’t going to change that harsh reality of things. Well for those of us that live in the real world that is.
So in South Milwaukee Dollar General announces it is expanding its store there and in Cudahy Saturday September 22nd Aldi's closed down for good.
CBO Confirms: Obamacare Raises Taxes on Middle Class
With the lack of the lefty blogs and the local liberal media (Milwaukee Journal) not declaring it a Liberal Social Democrat Tammy Baldwin win, it is clear that Republican Tommy Thompson defeated her.
Are you better off now than 4 years ago? Yes or No
So tell me how much better Illinois is doing raising taxes instead of real reforms like Wisconsin decided to do!
Liberal friends and readers, as you read these questions think about the ones you did answer and the ones you didn’t. I have asked these questions to most of you and at least one of you haven’t or won’t answer them. Remember the non-answer answers don’t count and the yes or no questions are just that!
According to the Cato Institute, the U.S. federal government spent $92 Billion on corporate welfare during fiscal year 2006. Recipients included Boeing, Xerox, IBM, Motorola, Dow Chemical, and General Electric
Let’s look at a statement one of my Liberal friends posted on his FaceBook and then analyze it.
Yes, in the future, congress could pass such a law and for good reason! If everyone had a gun crime would go down! Right now millions of people are unprotected and rely on others or just go without a gun.
“The Private Sector is doing fine…” and “If You’ve Got a Business, You Didn’t Build That! Somebody else made that happen…”
Here is an email from a reader and I am hoping the City Accountant can shed some light on this since he reads the blog.
All employees Friday in the city of Scranton, Pa., have been paid much smaller than usual to the state´s minimum wage, $7.25 an hour.
So, first I have to say my disappointment with the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to uphold Obamacare. With Chief Roberts changing his vote and changing the wording to saying it is a “TAX” brings in a new era of taxation and activism.
Scott, Michelle, Tracy, Rob, Steve, and John and others don’t be one issue voters
As Governor Scott Walker and Governor Chris Christie show you will not be loved or liked all that much to make the hard tough right choices. I just wish my former friend and others would see that. All they see is the little bit of personal money they are losing and missing the big picture that this is good for all of Wisconsin. It is sad that they are like that.
Well, my former friend told me while he was still speaking to me that his wife has had a pay freeze for a few years because she didn’t have a new contract!
So an Extremist, Leftist, Pro-Public Union blogger asked this question and I didn’t change any words or alter it, this is his quote unquote words!
Lowers taxes, the sky didn’t fall, the schools are in better shape (except the ones NOT using Act 10) and taxpayers are back in control!
Barrett & Falk Won't Say How They Would Have Balanced WI Budget
So is it a good or bad thing for Elected Officials of Nonpolitical races to sign to Walker recall like Cudahy School Board Member Joan Haske, Milwaukee County Supervisor Patricia Jursik Or Cudahy Alderman Jason Litkowiec did?
Remember how a few people like Mike the Dead President who thinks I don’t know what I am talking about and am misinformed.
I heard that there is the possibility of a school referendum being considered for the November ballot.
Well people, it seems you and I are causing Mayor Day and his efforts to reorganize the City to his needs some issues. “We” seem to be undermining his efforts in the dark of the night to bring these things to reality.
Let me start out by saying this information has NOT been validated and should be taken as a rumor until proven factual.
So, there is a push to make the Elected Mayor of Cudahy Part Time and bring in a Hired/Appointed Paid City Administrator. And there is a RUSH to do so!
I am going to break with many of my fellow Conservatives as I have done in the past. I think we need to be looking and using all forms of alternative energy. However, I don’t think we the taxpayers need to subsidize it.

Most people know that I am pro-Wal-Mart. That isn’t a secret! One would only need to remember the Wal-Mart Now forum comment section, look back at my blog posts, or know that I was the lead Cudahy citizen on the Wal-Mart group to know that. It really comes down that I am pro-business. I would support ShopKo just as much and hard.
This is a continuation of “From the Email Inbox”, which was a frustrated City taxpayer and resident on the lack of information in the City of
