Badgerland Striders to Host Half-Marathon April 9th
Attention runners! The Badgerland Striders will be hosting their annual South Shore Half-Marathon on Saturday, April 9th!
I am very excited for this year's run. My son and I are running it together. I should say we are starting it together. I will not be able to keep up with him for the whole race. But we will get to spend some quality father-son time both before and after the race. I introduced my son to running and it is something we both enjoy.
South Shore Half-Marathon a Huge Success

I hope everyone is excited to be alive and enjoying life. The South Shore Half-Marathon was a huge success with over 900 participants! Unfortunately, I did not run in this race. On Thursday afternoon, I was sitting at my desk at work and I started sneezing. "Uh-oh", I thought. This is really bad timing. Friday morning I woke up with a headache and I was sneezing and coughing. It was nothing more than the common cold, but there was absolutely no way I could possibly run in this condition.
