Vote April 6th Re-elect Mary Schissel Cudahy Dist.2 Alderman

2010 Election, Cudahy, Election

By Mary Schissel

I am asking for your vote on Tuesday, April 6, 2010, in order that I may continue to represent you in our 2nd District.  The interests of you and our neighbors are of utmost importance to me.  Let’s keep the continued efforts to improve our district and city going!  Help me change the wrongs affecting local government – we can do it together!

Much has been accomplished over the last three years, though it was a combined effort.  It was a long and difficult task in District 2 when the fight to revoke the bar license of the Thirsty Moose was all the news.  Through the entire process, our stance remained firm.  With the threats of lawsuits, and being removed from my office, I would not be bullied.  I make only one promise to the people of District 2, that in all issues that affect us, you will be the voice.  I am merely the messenger.  I have always maintained that the lines of communication are open, and you are free to contact me with all your concerns.  That will not change!

I take this position that you gave me seriously.  I have chose to run for re-election because this is important for all of us.  Continuing the efforts and working through the issues that have yet to be addressed is on my agenda.  I have never thought twice about running again.  No last minute decision for me…..I have been working hard and continued my efforts since late last year.

It’s good to know, “Some things never change.”  You can rest assured that I will always work hard for you…..that won’t change!

I hope I can count on your vote on Tuesday, April 6th!!!
