City welcomes Cudahy landscaping company

The city is poised to collect an $11,200 assessment only months after its deferment was approved, thanks to a proposed development at 3207 11th Ave.
A new 5,000-square-foot building would be the home of Man vs. Grass, a lawn care and landscaping company currently based in Cudahy.
In preparation for the development, the Common Council earlier this month approved a land division for the 4-acre parcel at 11th and Columbia avenues, triggering a previously deferred road construction assessment.
Alderman David Bartoshevich voiced support for the development.
