Kevin Fischer is a veteran broadcaster, the recipient of over 150 major journalism awards from the Milwaukee Press Club, the Wisconsin Associated Press, the Northwest Broadcast News Association, the Wisconsin Bar Association, and others. He has been seen and heard on Milwaukee TV and radio stations for over three decades. A longtime aide to state Senate Republicans in the Wisconsin Legislature, Kevin can be seen offering his views on the news on the public affairs program, "InterCHANGE," on Milwaukee Public Television Channel 10, and heard filling in on Newstalk 1130 WISN. He lives with his wife, Jennifer, and their lovely young daughter, Kyla Audrey, in Franklin.

VERY WARM AND HUMID CONDITIONS EXPECTED TODAY...
BREEZY SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL CARRY VERY WARM AND HUMID CONDITIONS INTO SOUTHERN WISCONSIN TODAY. HIGH TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO RISE INTO THE 88 TO 93 DEGREE RANGE. DEW POINTS ARE EXPECTED TO CLIMB TO BETWEEN 70 AND 73 DEGREES.
THE COMBINATION OF HEAT AND HUMIDITY WILL RESULT IN HEAT INDEX VALUES RISING TO BETWEEN 95 AND 100 DEGREES FOR SEVERAL HOURS THIS AFTERNOON... WITH THE HIGHEST VALUES OVER A SMALL PORTION OF SOUTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN AROUND LONE ROCK.
THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MILWAUKEE WILL CONTINUE TO MONITOR THE SITUATION. IF IT APPEARS TEMPERATURES OR HUMIDITY WILL GO HIGHER THAN CURRENTLY FORECAST...
