This year’s Fourth of July Parade will be on Lake Drive, starting at Grange and Lake, running north to Layton Avenue and into Sheridan Park. The parade will kick off at noon. Following the parade start the day long activities at Sheridan Park. The theme of our celebration this year is Sheridan Park Centennial, 1914-2014.
Afternoon and evening events include an opening ceremony, performances from 2:30 to 3:30 from the Cudahy Bull Dog Cheer Team, Cudahy High School Pon Poms, CHS varsity and Jr. Varsity Cheer Teams. 3:30 to 4:00 back by popular demand is the Magic and Illusion Show. At the main stage at 4:00 pm, temporary tattoos for children will be available (while supplies last). The musical entertainment begins at 4:30 with a Jazz Combo from Cudahy High School, and Six Pack taking the stage from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. Ending the evening are the Fantastic Fireworks! Don’t forget food is available for purchase next to the Pavilion at Sheridan Park from the Cudahy Lions Club.
