As a blogger, I intend to provide a different viewpoint "The way I see it!" on various world, national and local issues with a few helpful tips & tidbits sprinkled in.
In a big bowl...
2-cups of milk (heated in the microwave for about 3 min)
In a small bowl...
2-pkgs dry yeast (with ~1 cup of warm water)
~1/2 cup of flour
and let raise.
Back in the big bowl...
Add 2-tablespoons of sugar
~6 1/2 cups of flour (gradually) mixing well.
Add the yeast mixture after it has raised, mix and knead "real good" using oil so it doesn't stick
Put the dough back into the bowl and cover for 30 min to1 hr
After it has risen, cut a section out, roll it out flat, cover with butter, a spoonful of brown sugar, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll and then cut. Put it in circle pans and cover with wax paper and towels, let it rise.
When done raising... bake in the oven at 350ºF for 20 min.
Spray a heavy pot with non-stick spray
1-pint of whipping cream
1¼-loosely packed brown sugar
Heat until melted to the consistency desired.
