The Way I See It!

I am an Ultra-Conservative, Alpha-Male, True Authentic Leader, Type "C" Personality, who is very active in my community; whether it is donating time, clothes or money for Project Concern or going to Common Council meetings and voicing my opinions. As a blogger, I intend to provide a different viewpoint "The way I see it!" on various world, national and local issues with a few helpful tips & tidbits sprinkled in.

Deviled Eggs

Food, Recipe

With Easter coming I thought I would share some of my family’s favorite recipes for Easter Sunday dinner.

Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

12 eggs, hard boiled

Miracle Whip (approx. 4 tablespoons)

Salt

Pepper

French’s yellow mustard (about 1/2 teaspoon)

Paprika

Directions:

Hard-boil eggs.

Cut each egg in half (long way).

Carefully remove yolks.

Smash up yokes real fine with a grater or a big spoon.

Add a little salt and pepper.

Take mustard and squeeze a few lines into yokes (don’t add too much).

Then add Miracle Whip to the mix.

Make sure to make thick, but not too thick.

Scoop out mixture and place in white halves.

Sprinkle a dash of paprika.

Optional: Black olives on top.
