The Cudahy St. Francis Little Baseball Association (CSFLBA) is holding their sign ups for the 2014 Season this weekend, January 25 & 26 from 12:00 to 4:00 at the Light Palace (5880 S Packard). The Cudahy Bulldog program is holding their sign ups on Wednesday January 29 from 6:00 to 7:30 at the Cudahy Middle School (5530 S Barland). This is for kids entering 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grade next fall.
On a recent Friday night, my wife and I, along with another couple sampled the Friday Night Fish Fry at The Lodge. It was a great experience. After dinner, we relaxed and spent time with good adult conversation. Next thing I knew it was after midnight.
The fish was good, we sampled the fried cod, baked cod and pan fried walleye. The sides were potato pancakes and fries. I don’t remember seeing any leftovers going home.
