I am an Ultra-Conservative, Alpha-Male, True Authentic Leader, Type "C" Personality, who is very active in my community; whether it is donating time, clothes or money for Project Concern or going to Common Council meetings and voicing my opinions. As a blogger, I intend to provide a different viewpoint "The way I see it!" on various world, national and local issues with a few helpful tips & tidbits sprinkled in.
You know as in the past I like to air out the rumors I am hearing.
This one is about the future of Cudahy District 1 Alderman Justin Moralez
The rumor goes like this:
Justin is not going to run for Cudahy Alderman in 2016 since he is going to run as a Democrat against Christine Sinicki for Wisconsin Representative of Assembly District 20 and back Kevin Fech for Cudahy District One Alderman.
Supposedly Justin has a pact with my former opponent (Zach Wisniewski) that Justin will back Kevin Fech for alderman in 2016 and Zach will support Justin and no longer attack him on Zach’s bitter blog.
(Slight off topic - If you read Zach’s blog you will see bitter blog is a true description of it, when was the last time he congratulated the Veterans or wished people a Happy Thanksgiving? And they say I am a Debbie Downer, they must not read Zach’s blog, for they would know a true Debbie Downer.)
I was told proof of this rumor is that Justin has made it a point to keep posting on the Cudahy Facebook page Zach runs and now Zach is flattering and praising Justin. Read a few of Zach’s older posts on Justin and how he attacked Justin and now Zach has a change of heart, Zach has flip-flopped on Justin. That during the 2014 Cudahy Budget talks Justin did ask that we raise the taxes (Extra money to go to the Library budget) and when resolutions came up for a vote in the Common Council meeting Justin publicly said he is not sure if he can attach his name to them.
“He who knows how to flatter also knows how to slander.” - Napoleon Bonaparte
Now I did ask Justin about this and he laughed and said how do people come up with these things? I told him I have no idea, however I am hearing it from many sources. Justin said none of the rumor is true.
Now it is true that Justin did increase the tax levy by adding money to the budget that Mayor Hohenfeldt had proposed. The additional money would be added for the library. And yes it is true that Justin did say he is not sure if he can attach his name to the resolutions during an open Common Council meeting. You have to understand that while I didn’t and don’t agree with the extra money for the library to raise the tax levy, he is fighting for the committee he is on and something he holds dear to his heart, the library. You also have to understand that Justin has big ambitions for public service and I think he would be great at them. He is young and has true heart and passion for public service, I just hope he doesn’t get corrupted like former Mayor Ryan McCue did when he got into Milwaukee County government. Ryan McCue was an excellent Alderman and I have touted that for years, but he got lost and I pray and hope the same doesn’t happen to Justin.
I supported and still support Justin before it became the popular thing to do! As far as his pact with my former opponent if there is one, I did give Justin advice that once Zach is done with him, the dagger will come out and into Justin’s back. Right now Justin is helping Zach by posting on Zach’s Cudahy Facebook (Zach thinks that is going to be how he wins in 2016 for District 3 Alderman and that he put up a little library) and since Zach is a “tax and spend” liberal raising the taxes makes Zach smile.
