I am a husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend. I believe in sharing my talents and experiences by giving back to the community by giving my time to coaching, church and especially to the disability community. I truly believe that all men and women are created equally.
I am a parent of a young man who is succeeding in his home school district and would be eligible for the for the special needs scholarship. But, it is not "Choice" when one is forced to give up their legal protections. There are too many issues with the Special Needs Voucher and that is why I am fighting against it.
As we wind down the battle to have the Special Needs Voucher removed from the State Budget, I thought I would share my thoughts on an opinion piece in support of the Special Needs Scholarship that appeared in the Milwaukee Journal earlier this week.
