I am an Ultra-Conservative, Alpha-Male, True Authentic Leader, Type "C" Personality, who is very active in my community; whether it is donating time, clothes or money for Project Concern or going to Common Council meetings and voicing my opinions. As a blogger, I intend to provide a different viewpoint "The way I see it!" on various world, national and local issues with a few helpful tips & tidbits sprinkled in.
You might remember Supervisor Patricia Jursik’s Equal time and Fair Reporting where she is upset at the fact that I, a blogger, didn’t give both sides. What is it with people that they clearly don’t know what a blog is?

Fellow blogger Heather Liban wrote a very nice post titled “Using Email Etiquette” and one of her readers – GregfromCudahy writes this comment:
The reason for the state government is NOT to provide JOBS, it is to provide services that otherwise in the private sector could not be provided! If it can be done in the private sector, there is NO reason to have it being done by the public sector!
“The public sector should not enjoy special treatment at the expense of those in the private sector. After all, the tax dollars of hardworking families across the country finance the compensation of government workers. Restraining the explosive growth of the federal bureaucracy is critical to spur private sector economic growth and job creation.” – Paul Ryan
Public State Workers and public workers are not the same thing.
So, the subject of a Part Time Mayor and the hiring of a City Administrator is a cause of great concern along with the speed at which Mayor Day wants it done. Before the 2013 election cycle!
One area that I differ with many of my fellow Conservatives is I want to see the top heavy management’s salary and benefits cut!
I heard from Cudahy Alderman Dick Bartoshevich that he never supported McCue and he is not sold on a city Administrator. In fact, he said at Otto's meeting that the costs were not what people want to hear about.
I am hearing that a memo is being circulated that makes the statement not to share any information with bloggers that it can hurt city business!
Here is the memo floating around (see below). I am shocked they didn’t leave the pictures that I guess have been accompanying the memo.
I am sure most readers have seen the MJS article titled “Ex-Iceport site in Cudahy draws interest” if not here it is:

Daniel O’Brien is a mayoral candidate bursting with energy — and brimming with confidence that his business experience as a small business owner, and entrepreneur makes him the right person for the job. "This race is all about who has the right kind of experience, Government must be run like a business, with efficiency.” “The more money you save over here, the more money you have to spend to help people over there."
Doubters may question the extent of Mr. O’Brien’s experience as he is only 33years old. People may ask is six years of experience running a small business really enough to prepare someone to be a mayor. “Everyone will just have to make that decision for themselves.” Mr. O’Brien goes on to say "I am the only candidate who has started a business and met a payroll."

While I get a few emails monthly that my blogs are just chucked full of negative things including portraying a negative image of Cudahy, I have to stop and consider if that is the truth!
Let me start out by saying this information has NOT been validated and should be taken as a rumor until proven factual.
February 21, 2012 Vote
Daniel J. O’Brien
Mayor of St. Francis
On February 21, 2012, I urge you to help me take the first step in working for the future of St. Francis. I ask you to not vote for friends, the familiar name, or for the candidate with the most yard signs, but for the candidate that will be the best for this city. I ask you to think towards the future of the city and against the errors of the past. On February 21, I ask that you vote for the candidate that has real life business experience, rather than career politicians. I have experience balancing a budget in tough times, experience with making tough decisions, and experience with working with many different people from all walks of life to achieve a common goal.

I love hearing all those lefty” the sky is falling, this is the worst thing that ever could happen”! - You know the doom and gloom types!
Let’s get some background information so we are all on the same page. We will then go over why we don’t need them and then some brutally honest questions and comments.
RE-ELECT * GAIL SCHACHT * APRIL 3RD
Well people, it seems you and I are causing Mayor Day and his efforts to reorganize the City to his needs some issues. “We” seem to be undermining his efforts in the dark of the night to bring these things to reality.
I heard that there is the possibility of a school referendum being considered for the November ballot.
So I received this email:
Remember how a few people like Mike the Dead President who thinks I don’t know what I am talking about and am misinformed.
Here is what I am hearing:
