Game Plan for Long Term Success

It takes a plan to maintain vibrant health. Changing your diet is never easy. There is much comfort in eating what we know and grew up with even when it is harmful to us. It is so easy to come up with excuses why you cannot change. Challenge yourself to a week of eating living, fresh, raw greens, vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts and seeds. Drink fresh vegetable and fruit juices daily.  After that week; try writing down the reasons you have for going back to your “old” ways of eating. Next, write down the benefits your felt during your week of proper nutrition avoiding cooked nutrient deficient processed foods filled with additives, hormones and preservatives.
